What this preview collects
The site stores only information that a visitor actively submits through the stay, group or partner forms. Depending on the form, this may include a name, email address, dates, party size, budget, preferences, company or venue details and free-text requirements. The Explore Now prototype runs in the browser and does not save its planning inputs.
Why it is used
The information is used to review and answer the specific request, test demand and improve the NorwayPulse launch workflow. It is not treated as consent for general marketing.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in the website database and should be accessible only to the NorwayPulse project owner and authorised service providers needed to operate the site.
Before public launch
The registered operator’s legal name, organisation number, public contact details, retention period and processor list must be added before this preview is opened as a public commercial service. Until then, do not submit sensitive personal information.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit a form. Once the public operator details are added, the final notice will explain how to request access, correction or deletion.
